Two Stranded Snowmobilers Rescued Near Murphy Lakes
On January 4th, Hope Volunteer Search and Rescue came to the aid of two snowmobilers after their snowmobiles went into an embankment and both were stranded near Murphy Lakes, but luckily, they had their Garmin inReach to get in contact with SAR to rescue them.
Murphy Lakes is located near Merritt and Tulameen and can be accessed from the Coquihalla Highway. Read more here
