Search Continues For Missing Kayaker in Owyhee River
A search was launched over the weekend by MCSO for a 56-year-old man who was last seen by others floating in the Owyhee River area.
The Malheur County Sheriff's Office says that Lukens was dropped off by his girlfriend above Snively Hot Springs. Read more here
