RCMP Rescues Man After Escaping From Black Bear
Just last Thursday, the RCMP rescued a man who was hiking on a trail when he approached a black bear, walked back, and then fell down Hayward Lake.
The man pulled himself onto a stump in the cold water but rainy, dark conditions kept him from returning to shore. Read more here
