Avalanche in India Kills Eight People
A search and rescue operation over the weekend in Chamoli, India, concluded after an avalanche struck the Mana Mountain area, where the Indian Army rescued 46 individuals, while eight others lost their lives. It is noted that the victims were employees of the Border Roads Organization.
