
SAR Teams Rescued Woman Near Yuba River After Going Missing For Nearly Two Weeks
A 24-year-old woman was found safe by SAR teams after she went missing for 12 days and was found near Yuba River on Friday.
The woman, Esmeralda Maria Pineda, was found “severely dehydrated and emaciated” and needing immediate medical attention, the agency said. Read more here
Great work to the SAR teams in Nevada County and other volunteers for coming to the woman's aid as we wish her a speedy recovery.
