
Three Men Rescued By U.S. Coast Guard After Vessel Sinks
The U.S. Coast Guard rescued three fishermen on Saturday in Nantucket, MA after their vessel sank into the ocean the three men were hanging on a buoy in order for the Coast Guard to rescue them.
The alert came in at 12:48 p.m. Saturday and a Coast Guard helicopter crew was able to locate the three men around 2 p.m. The men were clinging to a buoy and not wearing life jackets, according to the agency. Read more here
Great work to the U.S. Coast Guard for coming to the rescue and saving the three fishermen's lives. Just a friendly reminder to always wear a life jacket when engaging in water activities such as fishing for example and make sure the people who are with you wear one too. Please be safe out there!
