Central Okanagan Sar Team Rescues Biker
The Central Okanagan SAR team rescued a mountain biker on Kettle Valley Railway in Canada after he became dehydrated on Saturday.
However, the rider was ill prepared as he did not take any water with him and became very dehydrated and disoriented,” a COSAR news release stated. Read more here
Great work to the COSAR team for coming to the biker's rescue. This a friendly reminder to always bring water with you. It's very important to bring at least 1-2 liters of water with you whether you're going hiking on bike riding. Please be safe out there!
