Thank you to the N.H. Fish and Game, and AVSAR for their dedicated efforts in getting the teen hiker back to safety. We wish the hiker well. It's very important to be extra prepared during the winter season in case you are adventuring out. Make sure you are wearing the proper winter gear, including snowshoes, for example, and in case you get lost, please bring shelter and, more importantly, an emergency bag full of essentials such as a gallon of water, a flashlight, and a fire kit. As always, please be safe out there, everyone!
