Injured Climber Rescued By LVMPD SAR After Boulder Incident At Magic Mountain

On Friday night, the LVMPD SAR team aided a climber who was with another climber at the Magic Mountain ridge area where, after completing their route, a boulder came down, crushing one of the climber's leg.

Both climbers, who were well-equipped and had medical experience, managed to provide initial care for the injury while awaiting rescue. Read more here

We are grateful to the LVMPD SAR team for assisting with the climber's injury and wish the individual a speedy recovery.
