
Scuba Diver Missing Off Umpqua River
A 47-year-old scuba diver is missing after he was last seen diving off Umpqua River on Sunday and has not returned to land. It is known the man has scuba diving experience.
O’Dell said, “We have been in communication with Jeffrey’s family and have kept them updated as to the efforts that are being made. We are doing everything we can to assist them in locating Jeffery”. Read more here
