
CCSOSAR Rescues Man and Dog Near Steele Bridge
The Curry County Sheriff's Office SAR team and other volunteers rescued a 25-year-old man and dog near the Steele Bridge after the man jumped into the river to save his dog, but both ended up being stranded for about 3 hours.
CCSO says it was reported that the dog had already swam across the river and was safe. Read more here
