
SAR Teams Rescued Injured Hiker On Mount Israel
Multiple SAR volunteers including the LAkes Reigion Search and Rescue came to the aid of a 60-year-old woman after she went on a hike with a friend on the Wentworth Trail on Mt. Israel where she slipped and fell, sustaining a leg injury.
Moyse was assessed, stabilized, and then transported by rescue litter approximately 2 miles to the trailhead parking area at Mead Base Camp, arriving at 5:20 p.m. Read more here
