SAR Team in Malaysia Saves Two Climbers
The Malaysian SAR Team rescued two climbers at Mt. Kinabalu on Wednesday after one climber suffered an injury on the wrist while the other suffered from extreme cold.
In the first incident, Mosar - a unit under the Fire and Rescue Department- received an emergency call at 11.30am informing about a 35-year-old man experiencing hypothermia at Laban Rata, which is the rest house lodging for climbers before the ascend to the mountain peak. Read more here
