SAR Team Rescues Two Hikers Near Lake Raymond
Over the weekend, the Marquette County Search and Rescue team found two hikers safe and alive near Lake Raymond after the hikers reportedly were overdue while hiking up the North Country Trail.
Both were extremely cold and wet but declined medical treatment. Read more here
This is a reminder to all hikers always to be prepared if you plan a hiking trip, making sure you pack an emergency bag and let someone know where you will be hiking.
