
SAR Team Rescues Snowmobiler After Being Stranded on Apex Mountain
The Penticton & District Search and Rescue Team rescued a snowmobiler on Monday after the individual became stranded due to the snowmobile getting stuck on Apex Mountain.
PENSAR is reminding backcountry users that solo travel is not recommended unless necessary, and to always be prepared to spend the night in case of an emergency. Read more here
