
GCSSAR Rescues Injured Snowmobiler in West Yellowstone
On Wednesday, the Gallatin County Sheriff Search and Rescue team rescued a snowmobiler from a creek in West Yellowstone, MT after the individual crashed their snowmobile, suffering severe injuries while out with a group of friends.
Sheriff Springer urged backcountry enthusiasts to bring the means to communicate with emergency services, to always pack extra supplies and clothing, and to bring partners in case of unforeseen emergencies. Read more here
