I remember hearing the news about the Oso Landslides on March 22nd. It was heartbreaking and devasting to hear about the lives that were lost, including children and pets. Almost 3 years ago before the memorial site was built, I remember visiting the Oso site with my family right after our trip to the Cascades and seeing how different the Oso hills drastically looked after the landslide. As we were there, we also paid our respects to the lives that were lost. As of today, it is one of the most deadliest landslides in America. If you happen to be in the Washington State area, please visit the Oso Landlsides Memorial Site area to pay respects to the lives that were lost in the devasting incident. We send our thoughts and prayers to the friends and families who lost their loved ones in the Oso Landslides as we also pray for strength and healing for the survivors. Please be safe out there!
