Man Rescued By Mason County SAR Team After Getting Lost in The Woods
A man from the Mason County area of Washington state has been rescued by the Mason County SAR team after he went missing for days in the woods near the Mildred Lakes Trail despite being prepared with a packed survival kit and having experience in the outdoors.
“It didn’t work out as well as I thought it should," Roger said. “This is the first I’ve ever gotten lost, but it happened and I take responsibility for it. One simple mistake. That’s all it takes.” Read more here
Excellent work to the Mason County SAR team for rescuing the man. We're glad to hear he's safe as we wish him a speedy recovery. It's a good thing the man had packed a survival kit just in case he got lost. Please be safe out there!
