LCSAR Rescues Stranded Kayakers on Wild Horse Island
Lake County Search and Rescue rescued four kayakers stuck on Flathead Lake while on their kayaks, making their way to Wild Horse Island due to weather conditions.
"Reminder to early season fishermen and other recreational users: SAR boat is not on the water until mid-late May depending on water level. Garage to launch please expect a 2 hour delay for boat crew to assemble and transit time to a boat launch," warned Lake County Search and Rescue. Read more here
