Great work to the firefighters at Kern County for rescuing the dog as we wish the canine a speedy recovery. This is a reminder for dog owners out there to always leash their dogs if you plan on adventuring outdoors. Make sure you keep an eye on them so that they don't run away from you. As always, please be safe out there!
