
Injured Skier Rescued on Stevens Pass
Just last week, SAR teams from the King County area aided a skier who injured his leg after falling 1,000 down the mountain area of Stevens Pass.
Thankfully, the skier's Apple Watch triggered an SOS alert related to the fall, prompting a speedy search and rescue response amid frigid temperatures. Read more here

It's important to have a device, like Apple devices, that has a feature that alerts SAR teams to come to the rescue in case something like this happens.
