Injured Hiker Rescued By SAR Teams Up in Mount Eisenhower
On Saturday, the N.H. Fish and Game Conservation Officers along with Androscoggin Valley SAR and Pemigewassett Valley SAR teams came to the rescue as they descended to Mt. Eisenhower Loop Trail for a 57-year-old man who injured his lower leg after slipping on rocks while hiking.
Members of his hiking party attempted to treat the injury, but Silva could not bear any weight, so a call to 911 was made. Read more here
