Hiker Rescued on Knoll Trail After Surviving a Near Death Experience
This month, volunteers from the Red Rock Search and Rescue located a 68-year-old hiker back to safety close to Knoll Trail after the man who hiked from various places at the Red Rock Canyon had no water and from there, his family called for help.
After getting the call the volunteer team at Red Rock Search and Rescue set out to find him and within about 90 minutes they found him near Knoll Trail. Read more here
Great work to the Red Rock SAR team for coming to the man's rescue as we wish the man a speedy recovery. This is an important reminder to always bring water with you when you are hiking mountains, trails, etc., especially during hot weather like the one in Las Vegas. Please be safe out there!
