
DCSAR Recovers Two Bodies After Avalanche in Cascade Mountains
The Deschutes County Search and Rescue team recovered two bodies near the Happy Valley Trail in the Cascade Mountains area of Oregon on Tuesday after an avalanche erupted in the area.
Avalanche danger in the Central Cascades is currently “considerable," a three on a scale of zero to five, according to the Avalanche Center forecast. Read more here
