
Body of Kayaker Found in Carson River
The Carson City Sheriff's Office SAR team found the body of a kayaker in Carson River after two kayakers were reported missing last Sunday. The identity of kayaker was a 59-year-old man while the other kayaker is still missing.
The body was lodged in debris near rapids and required specialized personnel and equipment for recovery, according to a news release from the sheriff's office. Read more here
