
Wasatch County SAR Rescues Three Fishermen At Strawberry Reservoir Due To Snowstorm
The Wasatch County SAR team and other volunteers rescued three men at Strawberry Reservoir after being stranded there. At the same time, a snowstorm broke out causing whiteout conditions on Friday night.
“Weather conditions in the area were getting bad, with high winds causing whiteout conditions. Visibility was about 10 feet,” the search and rescue Facebook post stated. “The new deep snow made it very difficult to travel even with snowmobiles.” Read more here
