WCSAR Rescues Hiker on Red Mountain
On Easter weekend, the Washington County Search and Rescue team came to the aid of a hiker after he went out for a hike near Toe Trailhead, and while hiking, he rolled his ankle.
Star 9, a Utah Highway Patrol helicopter, was called to the scene due to the terrain on Red Mountain. Search and Rescue crews contacted him, then he was lifted back to the trailhead. Read more here
