Two Skiers Rescued By North Shore Rescue Teams
North Shore Rescue, along with Talon Helicopters and others has rescued two skiers after they got stranded on Fitzsimmons Creek, suffering from hypothermia to the point their feet started to freeze on Thursday night.
They shared details of the rescue with members of the public via a Facebook post, stressing the skiers would not have survived much longer in the freezing weather. Read more here
