Three Hikers Drowned in Rattlesnake Falls
Last week, SAR teams recovered the bodies of three hikers after the three men, along with three other people in their group, went hiking at Rattlesnake Falls, where the three men jumped down and never returned, while the other three people were rescued by helicopter.
Placer County responded to a “possible triple drowning” in the Soda Springs area northwest of Lake Tahoe on Wednesday, June 18. Read more here
