Snowmobilers Rescued By GCSSAR on Buck Ridge
On Wednesday, the Gallatin County Sheriff's Search and Rescue team came to the aid of two snowmobilers on Buck Ridgevwho suffered serious injuries after riding their snowmobile and crashing the vehicle into a tree.
A group of volunteer firefighters and bystanders in the area provided “tremendous” assistance to GCSSAR volunteers, and Gallatin County Sheriff Dan Springer thanked them for jumping into action with their prior medical training to help other backcountry users in need. Read more here
