Six Hikers Rescued on Mount Baldy
A group of six hikers were rescued by SAR Teams via helicopter on Wednesday after they were stranded on Bear Canyon Trail due to severe weather conditions.
It is unclear how long the six hikers rescued Wednesday had been on the mountain or if any of them sustained injuries during the incident. Read more here
Great work to the SAR teams for rescuing the group of hikers. This might of been the 4th incident that has happened on Mt. Baldy this year that we've heard so far. If anyone lives near the Mt. Baldy area and has plans on visiting there, please be safe out there!
