SAR Teams Finds Mushroom Picker Safe Near Shore Acres State Park
SAR teams from Coos County have found a 65-year-old woman safe after she went mushroom picking with her group, but became separated, leading her to spend two nights stranded near the Shores Acres State Park area.
The Coos County Sheriff’s Office is reminding folks who plan on going into the forest to plan ahead and be mindful of the terrain and weather conditions. Read more here
