
SAR Team Rescues Three Injured Hikers on Embudo Trail
The Albuquerque Fire and Rescue and other SAR volunteers rescued three hikers off the Embudo trail after they all sustained injuries from a boulder that rolled down the hill and struck them on Wednesday.
One of the hikers had an injury to the leg and was carried off the mountain by rescue crews. The other two had more serious injuries and were rescued by helicopter before they were transferred to waiting rescue vehicles. Read more here
