
SAR Team Rescues Six People on Mount Katahdin
Three North SAR team members along with two Baxter State Park Rangers have rescued six people who were stranded on top of Mt. Katahdin for 21 hours due to severe weather.
But as they made their way up Dudley and Helon Taylor trails, respectively, to converge at the Knife Edge, the weather began to deteriorate. Read more here
