
SAR Team Rescues Five Hikers on La Luz Trail
SAR Team rescued five hikers who were stranded on top of La Luz Trail in New Mexico where they were all checked for any signs of hypothermia on Friday.
The five hikers were all treated for hypothermia, but were not seriously injured in the incident. Rescue crews are urging hikers to dress for winter like conditions on the La Luz trail. Read more here
We're relieved to hear all five are safe and did not sustain any injuries, but more importantly, always dress in comfortable, warm clothes when hiking to areas with cold weather. Thank you to the SAR Team in New Mexico for rescuing the five hikers. Please be safe out there.
