
SAR Rescues Man Who Fell 80 Ft From Cliff at Red River Gorge
The SAR team in the Wolfe County area of Kentucky has rescued a man after he fell at least 80 feet from a cliff while getting firewood near the Red River Gorge where he suffered a spinal cord injury.
“We have a lot of cliffs here in the Red River Gorge. We have thousands of miles of cliff line, that’s always a hazard to be aware of, that’s always a hazard to make sure you’re behaving well around those cliff lines to make sure you’re staying safe,” said Stevens. Read more here
