SAR Helicopter Rescues Two Hikers After Lightning Strike on Torreys Peak
On Thursday, the Alpine Rescue Team rescued via helicopter after two hikers were strucked by lightning on the top of Torreys Peak.
Alpine Rescue Team responded just before 5 p.m. on June 12 after receiving a distress call from the pair, who had lost their way on the technical Kelso Ridge route. Read more here
