
Pemi Valley SAR Rescues Hiker in Pemigewasset Wilderness
Over the weekend, the Pemigewasset Valley Search and Rescue team came to the rescue of a 19-year-old hiker who was stranded at the Pemigewasset Wilderness due to disastrous weather and was stuck in high waters.
But Saturday’s heavy rains caused Franconia and Lincoln Brooks to rise, making them unsafe to cross.
