
Missing Elderly Man Found Safe Near Hawks Hill
The Central Avalon Ground SAR team and others involved in the search have rescued a 76-year-old elderly man near Hawk's Hill after he went fishing with a relative and spent the night in the woods for two nights after getting lost.
He was safely removed from a wooded area and is said to be in good health. He was assessed by paramedics at the scene. Read more here
