Man Missing Underwater in Lake Granby
A 21-year-old man is missing in Lake Granby after he and a friend attempted to get back to their vehicle in the early morning of December 3rd where they both used their kayaks and due to harsh weather conditions, the man's kayak flipped over causing the friend to save him but wasn't able to.
Local search and rescue crews sprung into action, facing off with "massive snowfall, blowing and drifting conditions, and zero-to-near-zero visibility." Read more here
We send our thoughts and prayers to the 21-year-old man's family hoping the SAR teams involved can find the man. Please be safe out there!
