Lost Hiker Found Safe at Walker Ranch
A 50-year-old woman was found safe by the Rocky Mountain Rescue Group along with Front Range Rescue Dogs after she and her husband decided to separate when she went for a hike and was supposed to meet back with her husband after he went fishing, but never showed up. She was lost at the Walker Ranch Open Space where she became disoriented.
While he was looking for her, she had called 911, but due to low battery, was only able to tell the dispatcher she was lost and the trailhead she had departed from before the phone died and the call dropped. Read more here
