Lost Climber Rescued At Jakes Peak

Over the weekend of November 14th, the Tahoe Search and Rescue team rescued an 18-year-old climber who was out on a solo climb when the individual got lost on top of Jake's Peak.

H20 picked up a TSR Helicopter Rescue Technician from a Landing Zone at Taylor Creek Sno-Park to attempt to hoist the person from the ledge, officials said.  Read more here
