LVMPDSAR Rescues Two Hikers in Separate Searches At Red Rock Canyon
Over the weekend, the Sar team of LVMPD was on a roll for two separate searches at the Red Rock Canyon with the first search happening on Valentine's Day for a stranded hiker. Two days later, another search was conducted for an injured hiker.
Authorities noted that due to the rugged terrain and the subject being approximately 400’ above the trail, AIR1 was requested to conduct the rescue. Read more here
