Kayakers Rescued Near Sunshine Skyway Bridge
Two kayakers were rescued by the U.S. Coast Guard over the weekend after their kayak flipped in the water near Sunshine Skyway Bridge.
The USCG said watchstanders were notified at around 8 p.m., that the Manatee and Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office marine rescue crews were responding to kayakers in distress. Read more here
