Kayaker Rescued After Waves Knocks Him Out in Columbia River
On Sunday, the Boardman Fire Rescue District came to the rescue for a kayaker who was out on the Columbia River when big waves knocked him out.
Despite being exhausted from swimming without a life jacket, he was unharmed, the district said. Read more here
