Huge Earthquake Kills Dozens of People in Tibet
Tragedy struck in Tibet this week after a 7.1 magnitude struck the area killing 126 people. SAR teams are on a mission to make sure those who were rescued have the essentials times suck a blanket, tents, and others in the aftermath of the earthquake.
The earthquake struck an outlying county in Shigatse, the second-largest city in Tibet and the traditional seat of the Panchen Lama, the second-highest figure in Tibetan Buddhism. Read more here
We are saddened to hear about the lives that were lost in the 7.1. magnitude earthquake in Tibet. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the families and friends who lost their loved ones in the quake.
