
Hikers Rescued After 3 Day Search
Two San Bernardino hikers have been rescued after a 3 day attempt and over 30 hours in the care of Search and Rescue personnel.

This is a great outcome. Thank you to the Search and Rescue units who helped rescue these two hikers. This story has a happy ending due in large part to the steps taken by the hikers before setting off - they carried with them a Personal Locater Beacon - and without it, given their location, terrain, weather conditions and injuries, they may not have made it through alive.
