Hiker Rescued In Golden Ears After 200 Feet Fall
Ridge Meadows SAR team has rescued a woman after she went hiking on the summit of Golden Ears and fell 200 feet down where she only suffered minor injuries.
Laing explains that the woman and her hiking partner were following old flagging tape up into a steep snowy area when she slipped, tumbled over rocks, and went airborne before clinging to a patch of snow to stop her slide. Read more here
