
Hiker Killed After Columbia River Gorge Fall
A 22-year-old woman has died after she fell 50 to 60 feet down from a waterfall in the Columbia River Gorge area.
Elisha Angelic Macias, of Hillsboro, was hiking with friends on Oneonta Trail, west of Multnomah Falls in the so-called “Waterfall Corridor,” when she became separated from the group and went off trail.
