
HFD Rescues Hiker on Top of Kalahea Hills
Over the weekend, the Honolulu Fire Department came to the rescue for a female hiker who was hiking with a friend, but along the way, she discontinued her walk due to feeling sick and was stuck on top of the Kalahea Hills.
The first unit arrived on scene at 1:25 p.m., and provided access and transportation to the top of the mountain via a secured service road to begin the search. Read more here
